If you order from outside the EU(European Union) all prices are without 19% VAT.

In cooperation with payment provider Triple Deal services we offer you several ways to pay:

Triple Deal uses a secure connection (ssl) to facilitate the payment process. The payment details like credit card numbers, cvc2 codes, etc. are only used to settle this specific transaction. The information needed to process the payment is encrypted during the process and deleted after the transaction has been completed and settled with the credit card company. As soon as we receive your payment we will send you the articles which you’ve ordered.

 

Delivery

The packages will be shipped by our partners DPD (Chronopost International), Fed Ex and TPG.

 

Your product will be shipped within the period wich is mentioned at the product. The average shipment time for each region is:

 

Region 1 (2 days) = the Netherlands

 

Region 2 (4-10 days) = Europe (DPD, Chronopost)

 

Region 3 (10-15 days) = Rest of the world (TPG with Priority shipment)

  

Shipping Prices

For every shipment we charge a one time fee.

 

Region 1 EUR 5,00: the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, England.

 

Region 2 EUR 7,50: the rest of Europe

 

Region 3 EUR 12,50: throughout the rest of the world (Priority shipment)

  

Satisfied or your money back

Unfortunately there may occur problems with the shipping and delivery of our products. Of course will do everything in our power to avoid that.

With 4Net E-Commerce you are able to return your goods for an exchange or refund provided that is within 7 days and make sure the items have not been worn.

 

If goods are returned in their original packing along with the invoice and your bank details we will also refund your postal cost. If not freight they will remain at your charge. Refunds are made by cheque within the 7 days that follow the receipt of returned goods. Articles are to be returned to:
